Too Good To Be True Tuesdays – LITHUANIA

Its that time of the month again and this months deal for under £100 is to Vilnius in Lithuania!!

If you haven’t read one of my ‘too good to be true Tuesday’ deals before and want to know why I started these monthly posts have a read here, But long story short I have set myself a goal to travel at least once each month throughout 2018.

Obviously travelling each month can work out to be quiet costly so I try to do my Europe trips on a budget of no more than £100! Most people don’t believe its possible but with a little research you would be amazed at what you can find, especially in these early months of the year when its not peak for travelling.

As always I try to book my trips over a weekend as it saves extra holiday days at work but if you are flexible than I’m sure the prices will be even cheaper!

I started by searching on skyscanner for flights from London and looking on the 10th-12th March I found flights flying out with Ryan air and returning with Wizz air which came back at £35 per person. I only booked these flight times below as I needed my Monday flight to be as early as possible because I am slightly crazy and will be travelling into work as soon as I land. If you want a flight that lands a little later at midday than its even cheaper at only £27 return!!

I then searched on booking.com and found a hotel in Vilnius called Zemaites hotel. It isn’t a luxury hotel but is a 3* star hotel that looks clean and convenient and even has a pool and sauna on site! What’s even better is the hotel is only £65 for 2 nights including breakfast, wifi and parking – what more could you want? Well if you do want even more and want to save a further £15, BOOK HERE!

I have booked this trip myself with the dates/times above and will let you all know how it goes 🙂 If you are planning on booking this trip or have ever visited Vilnius please let me know in the comments below.

Bon Voyage,
Lucy
